Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki means “Usui-style spiritual energy healing therapy”.
Reiki is a system of natural healing. Healing is given by placing the hands on or near the (fully clothed) recipient and the Reiki Energy flows through the practitioner and into the recipient through their hands.
It is a form of energy healing that anyone can do, after a series of 'attunements' to allow you to open up to the energy and begin to channel it.
There are three main levels of Reiki attunement:
Level 1: At level one you are able to give Reiki to yourself and others.
Level 2: You are given sacred symbols to aid you with the giving of Reiki as you become more advanced and experienced. You are also given the symbol to enable you to send Reiki over distance, allowing you to send healing to people who are not able to see you in person.
Level 3: You are given the Master symbol, which enables you to teach and attune others.
Reiki can be sent over distance, just as the attunements can be done over distance, with no lessening of the performance or results.
We are therefore able to offer a package deal on Reiki Courses completed as distance learning, and with distance attunements.

The course includes manuals, full support and backup for an indefinate period of time after qualification. A certificate and of course attunements.
Be warned this is no easy option or fast track system though. You will be expected to read the manual sent in advance of each attunement, and to practise and follow the study guide. There must be at least 2-3 months of practise between level's 1 & 2, and records kept of sessions and practise times. A gap of 6 months should be allowed between levels 2 and Masters, and at the end of this period you will be asked to complete a written report based on your study, experience and healing sessions. These times are minimums, there is no pressure on you to go onto the next level until you feel you are ready.
You can have the attunements done in any location you chose, at a time and date to suit yourself, and of course it matters not where in the world you are. It is so much more relaxing to be in familiar surroundings and to be able to close your eyes and actually feel the energy through the attunement.
